Sweet Potato Loaf Cake Recipe Ingredients
2 cups self-raising flour
1 cup mashed sweet potato (last night's left overs is perfect!)
1 cup milk
1 cup sultanas or raisins
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Sweet Potato Loaf Cake Recipe Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (or approx 375 degrees F).
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Pour into a greased loaf tin.
Bake in your pre-heated oven for 40 – 50 minutes.
Turn out onto a cake rack to cool before slicing and serving.
